Yucky

still not feeling well........

woke up with a headache after sleeping six hours.......

could still go back to bed, and just might........

I am so tired.......

Last month, my husband of 15 years walked away from our marriage, and I am okay with it. In fact, I have done more for myself in the past month than I have in the past 15 years. I am a new woman, with new goals and dreams, and I am going to make sure that I accomplish them all, starting with getting this weight off. I have been struggling with my weight my entire life, and in the past 18 months or so, I have lost 72 pounds. I think that's pretty awesome. I still have a ways to go, but everyday I get closer to my goal.

I realized that taking one step at a time is a little less overwhelming.

So this is my journey to a better me.

A healthier me.

A thinner me.

I know I'm in here somewhere!
