wow. you go girl. that is AWESOME!! i haven't done that good in a few days and really that was my only really good day! lol i'm very proud of you!! do you feel like it's helping you to keep track of your steps? i think it helps me... ONLY my fitness lady... she said that if i do about 7,000 - 10,000 steps a day regularly that I need to push myself to do some EXTRA steps... ugh. i'm going to work on it... I think I want to try to do about 15,000 a day... but we'll see... if I could make it to about 10 - 12,000 a day I would be happy but I'm at a stand still with weight loss... I'm at 7lbs down and that is it... can't shake any more off of me... I have to work harder i guess instead of just floating by... we'll see what this week brings... CONGRATS!! you are doing good!!xoxoxo keep up the good work... it's good motivation for me to see how many steps you are doing.
